OVER 50 YEARS OF MEAT AND SAUSAGE FROM OUR OWN PRODUCTION
In 1971 Werner Willms founded Willms Fleisch GmbH in Ruppichteroth, North Rhine-Westphalia, as a butcher and cutting business for cattle and pigs.
With four locations throughout Germany, the Willms group of companies still stands today for high-quality meat and sausage products from its own production.
Traditional butcher's trade
The basis for high-quality meat and sausage products is care and know-how. Just like at Willms: Even for company founder Werner Willms, master butchers were the guarantee for "quality and freshness". Even today the company is an important employer in the region, standing for values, quality and tradition in the butcher's trade.
High quality raw materials and traditional recipes
Processing high-quality raw materials is one of the main reasons why customers place their trust in us over the long term. Most of these come from our own slaughtery. Additionally, our extensive internal measures ensure high quality, which is confirmed by external certifications. Our productions are certified according to IFS. Whether traditional or modern: In-house master butchers and expert food technicians guarantee good taste and innovative new products.
Delicious variety of products
Ham specialities, cooked sausage cold cuts, fresh ham onion mettwurst, smoked mettwurst, turkey breast cold cuts and much more - with our variety of products we have the right choice for every taste.
Our manufacturing processes such as curing or cooking in combination with our individual recipes guarantee the desired taste while maintaining the highest quality and hygiene standards.
