Our meat comes from animals within a radius of 200 km.
By participating in the "Bündnis für Lebensmittelsicherheit und aktiven Verbraucherschutz" (Alliance for Food Safety and Active Consumer Protection), in addition to our own quality assurance, we are continuously monitored by external testing institutes.

Our sophisticated recording procedures and the use of modern EDP systems guarantee the traceability of every piece of meat from the barn to the shop counter.
