Meat from the region

Freshness through proximity: our animals come from a radius of 200 km. The farms attach great importance to species-appropriate animal breeding and husbandry. By employing smart logistics, we keep transport routes as short as possible. During the transport the animals are accompanied and cared for by competent personnel.

Health and hygiene

Each animal shall be examined for its health status by the competent veterinarian on arrival. Our staff is regularly and intensively trained in the special adherence to hygiene standards when handling food.
The use of modern working methods and equipment always guarantees fresh and hygienically flawless products. In addition to the veterinaryexamination, internal and external microbiological meat inspections are carried out during the production process.By participating in the internationally recognised HACCP concept, our hygiene concept complies with the standards of the European Union.

Freshness and transparency

Gentle cooling methods and a seamless cold chain guarantee the freshness of the product for you as a consumer. Animal passports, accompanying documents for each animal, ear tags and the constantly updated internal databases as well as the identification of meat parts and batch formation ensure complete traceability of each end product from the barn to the shop counter.
