Traceability and close cooperation with suppliers
We always guarantee the best quality for our meat products. This is why we place the highest priority on traceability and ongoing quality checks from purchasing to delivery. We have established firm guidelines and safe processes for our incoming goods and production. These include:
- long-term cooperation with medium-sized suppliers, which we check regularly
- Monitoring of incoming goods for the microbiological safety of raw materials

- Our traceability system meets the requirements of ORGAINVENT for beef and the provisions of the "Bündnis für Lebensmittelsicherheit und aktiven Verbraucherschutz" of the “Qualität und Sicherheit GmbH”.
- Our slaughter and cutting business and production facilities are IFS-certified.
- By participating in the internationally recognised HACCP concept, our hygiene concept complies with the standards of the European Union.
In addition, the quality of our goods and services is regularly checked by independent institutes and laboratories.
