  • Our traceability system complies with the requirements of ORGAINVENT for beef and the provisions of the “Alliance for Food Safety and Active Consumer Protection” of Qualität und Sicherheit GmbH.
  • Our slaughterhouse, cutting plant and production facilities are IFS certified.
  • By participating in the internationally recognized HACCP concept , our hygiene concept meets the standards of the European Union.
  • We also have the quality of our goods and production processes regularly checked by independent institutes and laboratories.
